After completing his undergraduate studies at St. Olaf College, Andrew attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude.  Andrew has taught Constitutional Law as a Marshall Brennan Fellow.  In addition, Andrew has been recognized by the Minnesota Justice Foundation for providing pro bono legal services to incarcerated persons through the Legal Aid to Minnesota Prisoners (LAMP) Program.  His public service work included working with prisoners to combat the constitutionality of Minnesota’s sex offender registration requirements.

Prior to joining our firm, Andrew was a Law Clerk in the Third Judicial District.  During his time at Halberg Criminal Defense, he has been involved with a wide range of State and Federal matters including successful constitutional appeals and jury acquittals.
